Capture Rules
- Use a demo organization.
- Use fake member names and emails.
- Hide SSO/provider details.
- Hide private member lists unless all data is fake.
- Do not show real Slack or Microsoft Teams tenant details.
- Capture the UI area that explains the step.

Use names like:

Screenshot Review
Before adding each screenshot:
- Confirm it is Teams, not Spaces.
- Confirm all people and organizations are demo data.
- Confirm the screenshot does not expose private settings.
- Confirm the guide text matches visible labels.
