Teams Glossary
These terms are written from the private organization point of view.
Private Organization
A private organization is a company or internal workspace using Skedular for its own people.
Admin
An admin is a user who can manage organization setup. Admin access should be limited to trusted people.
Member
A member is a person who belongs to the private organization.
Team
A team is a group of members inside the organization.
Private Location
A private location is an internal workplace location. It is not a public marketplace listing.
Resource
A resource is something members can reserve. It may be a desk, room, equipment item, or other shared thing.
Private Booking
A private booking reserves a location or resource for internal use.
Recurring Booking
A recurring booking repeats over time. Review recurrence carefully before changing it.
Zone
A zone is an area inside a location. Zones help organize floor plans and resources.
Floor Plan
A floor plan is a visual layout for a location.
Availability Dashboard
The availability dashboard helps admins understand capacity and resource usage.
SSO
SSO lets the organization use its identity provider for sign-in.
Integration
An integration connects Skedular to another tool, such as Slack or Microsoft Teams.
