Use these checklists before making private organization changes.
Before Creating A Private Organization
- I know this is private organization work, not marketplace work.
- I know who should be an admin.
- I know the organization name.
- I know which locations need to be managed.
Before Adding A Location
- I am in the correct organization.
- The location is private, not marketplace-facing.
- The name is clear for members.
- I know whether resources are needed.
- I know whether a floor plan is needed.
Before Adding A Resource
- The resource name is clear.
- The resource belongs to the correct location.
- The capacity or purpose is known.
- The availability expectation is known.
- The right people should be able to book it.
Before Creating A Booking
- The person or team is correct.
- The location is correct.
- The resource is correct.
- The date and time are correct.
- I know whether the booking repeats.
- I checked for conflicts.
Before Managing Access
- The user is using the correct email.
- The user belongs to the organization.
- The user has the right role.
- SSO requirements are understood.
- I am not sharing private member details publicly.
Before Connecting Integrations
- The right workspace or tenant is selected.
- The organization approved the install.
- The right admin is signed in.
- I know who owns the external tool.
