Is Teams For Marketplace Selling?

No. Marketplace selling belongs in Spaces.

No. Customers use Customer Help for public marketplace bookings and subscriptions.

What Is A Private Location?

A private location is an internal workplace location used by an organization. It is not a public marketplace listing.

What Is A Resource?

A resource is something people can book inside a private organization. It may be a desk, room, equipment item, or another shared thing.

What Is A Team?

A team is a group of people inside the organization. It can help organize access, scheduling, and reporting.

Why Can A User Sign In But Not See The Organization?

Sign-in and organization access are different. The user may need an invitation, the right email, SSO, or the right organization role.

Why Can I Not See Settings?

Settings may be restricted by role. Ask an organization admin to check access.

Should I Put Real Member Details In Screenshots?

No. Use clean demo data for screenshots and support examples.
