Analytics, Availability, And SSO

Teams includes reporting and sign-in tools for private organizations.

Availability Dashboard

The availability dashboard helps admins understand whether internal locations and resources have capacity.

Use it to look for pressure points, quiet days, or resources that may need adjustment.

Analytics

Analytics show workplace usage patterns. They help organization admins plan space, understand demand, and review how people are using private resources.

Metric details should be reviewed with your product owner or support contact if a number affects policy or staffing.

SSO Sign-In

SSO lets an organization use its identity provider for sign-in when configured.

If your organization uses SSO, follow the organization sign-in path. If sign-in fails, check that you are using the right work account and contact your admin.

Expected Result

Admins can review workplace usage and sign-in behavior without exposing marketplace customer or payment operations.

When To Use Availability

Use availability when you need an operational answer.

Examples:

  • Are there enough desks on a busy day?
  • Which location is under pressure?
  • Which resource type is hard to book?
  • Do we need to adjust how a space is set up?
  • Are members using the places we expected?

Availability is useful before making changes to locations, resources, or booking rules.

When To Use Analytics

Use analytics when you need a trend.

Examples:

  • Is office usage rising or falling?
  • Which locations are used most often?
  • Are certain teams booking more than others?
  • Are resources sitting unused?
  • Do we need more capacity in one area?

Analytics should guide decisions. It should not be the only source for policy changes if the metric definition has not been reviewed.

SSO In More Detail

SSO is a sign-in path. It does not replace organization access rules inside Skedular.

A user may successfully sign in with SSO and still need the right organization access. If a user signs in but cannot see the organization, check both identity and organization membership.

Public-Safe Reporting
