People, Settings, And Integrations
Teams includes the people and setup tools a private organization needs day to day.
Teams
Teams group people inside the organization. They help admins manage access, scheduling, and private workplace activity.
Use the teams list to review groups. Use the add team flow when the organization needs a new group.
Members And Users
The users pages show people connected to the organization. A user detail page helps admins understand that person’s organization context.
Visible actions depend on your access. If you cannot change something, you may not have the right role.
Notifications
Notifications show updates that need attention. They may relate to bookings, organization activity, or setup.
Settings
Settings hold account and organization preferences available to your role.
Slack
Slack pages help connect Skedular to Slack when the organization uses it. The success page confirms the install flow completed.
Microsoft Teams
Microsoft Teams pages support installing and using Skedular inside Microsoft Teams. Some Teams routes mirror the web organization pages so users can work from Microsoft Teams.
Expected Result
Admins can keep organization people, settings, and integrations up to date without mixing private organization work with marketplace selling.
Teams In More Detail
Teams help organize people. They can make booking and access management easier when the organization has many members.
Use teams when:
- a department needs shared access
- a project group uses the same location often
- managers need to review usage by group
- booking rules depend on a group
Keep team names simple. Use names people already recognize.
Members In More Detail
Member pages help admins understand who belongs to the organization.
When reviewing a member, check:
- name
- account identity
- team membership
- visible organization access
- related booking activity when shown
Do not use public help screenshots with real member emails or personal data.
Invitations And Access
If a person cannot access the organization, they may need:
- the correct invite
- the correct email address
- completed sign-up
- SSO through the right provider
- the right organization role
Start with the simplest check: are they signed in with the same email that was invited?
Integration Ownership
Slack, Microsoft Teams, and SSO often involve another admin outside Skedular.
Before changing integration setup, know who owns:
- the Slack workspace
- the Microsoft Teams tenant
- identity provider settings
- internal approval for app installs
Teams Help can explain the flow, but your organization’s IT policy controls who is allowed to connect tools.
Common Problems
| Problem | What to check |
|---|---|
| A user is missing | Check invitation status and email address. |
| A team cannot find a resource | Check team access, location setup, and resource availability. |
| Slack install did not finish | Retry the provider flow or contact the Slack workspace admin. |
| Microsoft Teams opens the wrong organization | Check the organization context and signed-in account. |
| Settings are missing | Check whether your role can see them. |
