- confirm organization context
- choose a clear name
- know whether resources or floor plans are needed
After:
- open location detail
- add resources
- review booking readiness
Add Resource
Use this when members need to book something.
Before:
- choose location
- define purpose/capacity
- decide who should use it
After:
- check resource availability
- test with a booking if needed
Create Booking
Use this when a member, team, or admin needs an internal reservation.
Before:
- select person/team
- select location/resource
- check date/time
- check recurrence if shown
After:
- open booking detail
- confirm status and owner
Edit Or Review Booking
Use this when a booking looks wrong or needs help.
Before:
- confirm booking owner
- confirm resource
- understand whether other people are affected
After:
- tell the affected person what changed
- check notifications when relevant
Manage Team
Use this when people need to be grouped.
