Teams Actions Reference

This page explains common Teams admin/member actions.

Add Private Organization

Use this when the work is private organization work.

Before:

  • confirm it is not a marketplace organization
  • know the admin owner
  • know the organization name

After:

  • open organization home
  • add locations and resources

Add Location

Use this when the organization needs a private workplace.

Before:

  • confirm organization context
  • choose a clear name
  • know whether resources or floor plans are needed

After:

  • open location detail
  • add resources
  • review booking readiness

Add Resource

Use this when members need to book something.

Before:

  • choose location
  • define purpose/capacity
  • decide who should use it

After:

  • check resource availability
  • test with a booking if needed

Create Booking

Use this when a member, team, or admin needs an internal reservation.

Before:

  • select person/team
  • select location/resource
  • check date/time
  • check recurrence if shown

After:

  • open booking detail
  • confirm status and owner

Edit Or Review Booking

Use this when a booking looks wrong or needs help.

Before:

  • confirm booking owner
  • confirm resource
  • understand whether other people are affected

After:

  • tell the affected person what changed
  • check notifications when relevant

Manage Team

Use this when people need to be grouped.

Before:

  • know team purpose
  • know membership
  • know whether access depends on team

After:

  • review team detail
  • confirm members can find what they need

Manage User

Use this when someone needs access help.

Before:

  • confirm email
  • check invitation
  • check SSO requirement

After:

  • ask the user to sign in again if needed

Connect Integration

Use this for Slack or Microsoft Teams.

Before:

  • confirm external workspace/tenant
  • use the right admin account
  • get internal approval

After:

  • return to Skedular
  • check success page or organization context

Review Analytics

Use this to understand trends.

Before:

  • choose organization
  • choose date range
  • understand metric limits

After:

  • compare with bookings and availability before making policy changes
